most of my friends in the company, especially those working in the technical line, has this habit of complaining that the current salary is low, and not competitive with the market outside. they felt they deserve much more than what they earn right now. and conveniently forgetting that the fact that apart of basic salary, they are given extra allowance as well.
unlike us, working in non-technical areas.
did my best to educate them, to make them see from the bigger picture, outside their current scope; and although it seems that i am fighting a losing battle, glimmer of hopes came to me one fine day.
some of my friends managed to see things from my angle.
and that is good enough.

they deserve more, so do us. but at first place, we accept their loan so we oblige to contract. cruel? if you take PTPTN, you will still paying the loan when you child start taking PTPTN loan again. never ending circle of debt.
i have to admit that the pay is small and the workload is insane. on the bright side, you're almost debt free by your current age whislt others struggling to get employment + extra debts from study loan.
we're not the luckiest but also not the unluckiest.
hahahhaa. if you have the impression of serving the company as going to jail servicing your death sentence, then you don't have the right mentality from start. no wonder you're struggling and such. you don't have to love the company but you don't have to hate them either. just go with the flow~
