finally, these two airliners will be co-operating with each other.
with these joint-statement from the two companies MD and CEO, air-travellers would be expecting better services and air-fares, as well business planning from MAS and AirAsia.
hopefully, with these latest development, MAS would be able to make profits once more. Too many money and funds have been wasted, since the bailing-out days from its former MD/CEO.
Idris Jala, former SHELL employee, faced a nearly impossible responsility when he decided to be the pilot. but today, he managed to plant some confidence in most Malaysians. And I am one of them. Too long have the public been left out in the dark on what are the actions planned for the national carrier during the last management regime. And now, with Idris Jala trying his best to be as transparent as possible, I believe that he does have the ability and willpower to bring back the glory days of MAS.
Tony Fernandez, given more routes nowadays, should make the most out of it. The advantages he have is AirAsia does not have to bow to any political pressure. AirAsia now is getting more routes. And they might get extra aeroplanes (the one being de-commissioned by MAS).
hopefully, with these steps, MAS would be able to gain back its market shares, while AirAsia, already operating from its own Low Craft Carrier Terminal, will be able to kick SIA's ass :P
and Proton? current management released a press statement on why they sold back Agusta MV for only Euro 1.
from business point of view, the reasons are acceptable. however, don't tell me they did not do their homework first before acquiring Agusta??
so, who is to be blamed? Mahaleel or current management?
you decide.
