Two tear drops were floating down the river. one teardrop said to the other,
"i'm the teardrop of a girl who loved a man and lost him. who are you?"
"i'm the teardrop of the man who regret letting a girl go....."
she teardrop consoled, "there would come a time when we have to stop loving someone because we found out that they'd be happier if we let them go..."

he teardrop replied, "but then you'll know that you miss someone very much when every time you think of that person, your heart breaks into pieces and just a quick 'Hello' from that person brings the broken pieces back..."

she teardrop said, "it's really painful to say goodbye to someone else that you don't want to let go; but it's even more painful to ask someone to stay if you can never make the relationship work out the way it should be."

she continued, "LOVE? it's kind of complicated, but i'll tell you this... the second you're willing to make yourself miserable to make someone else happy, that's love right there...."

he teardrop pondered and said, "you know, if i had the letters "HRT", i can add "EA" to get a "HEART" or a "U" and get "HURT". but i'd rather choose "U" and get "HURT" than have a "HEART" without "U"...

she teardrop smiled and replied, "giving someone all your love is not an assurance that she will love you back. don't expect love in return, wait for it to grow in her heart, if it doesn't, be contented it grows in yours."

he teardrop continued, "she told me once, do not be too good, i will miss you. don't be too caring; i might like you. don't be too sweet; i might fall for you."

she teardrop smiled and said, "A heart truly in love never loses hope but always believes."

She teardrop continued, "if you love her please let her know because it hurts to love when you have to go. take care of me; don't go away because if you love me, you will stay... i love you and do you know why? you got me when you first said 'Hi'"

he teardrop said, "you are brave she teardrop, now i know it's always better to have found the courage to love even if you lose it in the end rather than never found love because you were too afraid of the challenge."

he teardrop continued further, "did you know that the expression "Nothing" is the subconscious mind's way of saying I Love You... that's what i do, i told her NOTHING and because of that i lost her even though i love her... i cry for the time that she was almost mine, i cry for the memories i've left behind, i cry for the pain, the lost, the old and the new. i cry for the times i thought i had her!"

she teardrop consoled, "Relationships are like glass, sometimes it is better to leave them broken than try to hurt yourself putting it back together, or worse, have nothing strong to bind it together. you never lose in loving. you only lose in holding back."

he teardrop cried,"Now i know, i have learned. don't throw your back to love when it's already in front of you, don't drive it away from you because if you did, someday you'll think again why you let love fly away when it was once next to YOU..."

hurrmm..something to ponder upon

Coming soon!
Book 6: Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
(oh, btw.this is not the official book-cover)

i'm counting the days for the worldwide release of JK Rowling's latest book. There are lots of speculations playing in my mind, on how the Ministry of Magic will act on the uprising of Voldemort (better known as He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named)? How Albus Dumbledore will act to prevent Voldemort from terrorising the wizarding community again? Will Ron and Hermione be an item? Will Harry survives the truth he knew during the last chapters of the last book? And most importantly, who is The Half Blood Prince?
hopefully my questions would be answered in this coming book.

as to commemorate this coming glorious day of the official release of Book 6: Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, i present to you, the collection of Harry Potter series.

Harry Potter and the Philospher's Stone Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secret Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

as for now, i'll just try to read the book one-by-one..starting from book One till book Five..

to see what does next season has to offer

i guess we are entering the era of uncertainty...the world of football it is...

Chelsea became Champion of English Premier League. Arsenal won FA Cup, altho Man Utd had a better game that day. And after several years of waiting, Liverpool finally becomes the Champion of Europe.

where is Man Utd?
in Glazer's family pocket. De-listed from Stock Exchange. From a club without any debt, to having debt nearly 100 million pound. From champions of Europe, to a club struggling to reach Champion's League knock-out phase.

Chelsea fulfills its 50 years of waiting to become Champion of English Premier League
Arsenal, from a club dubbed as "Boring Team" transformed into one of most exciting club in EPL
Liverpool, after years of being the "your glories were history", re-captured back the spirit that was lost throughout this years. the spirit of hunger for glory.

Man Utd, while without a doubt is the most popular football club (due to becksy, giggsy, scholesy, and the nevilles), is in a crisis. in the pitch and outside the pitch.
keano himself was saying that most players are playing for money, not because of the passion. while Glazier successfully placed a huge amount of debt to the club.

am not going to elaborate more on this. just want to share with you guys.

anyway, by looking at the bright side, guess after this we can see the true Red Devil's fan, instead of those so-called true supporters.

at last! football supporters is becoming more and more diversified, instead of only between two or three clubs..

lo, and behold! let us gaze into the crystal ball to see what does next season has to offer...

all in a day's work

scene 1
(my fren emailed our UTP supervisor's. just want to ask him of what is his expectations and what should we prepare.)

the question:
"Dear Sir,I'm xxxx, one of the trainees doing our internship in PCSB. As you know, the first visit was done by Ms xxx and Mr. xxx. Since the second visit will be done by you, there's a few things that i need you to clarify to us so that we could be prepared. What is your expectation on the final presentation?Basically, what is your requirements for the final presentation and also the final report?Since most of us are not really in IT or doing much of IT things here, what should we present to you? I'm afraid that our topic might be different from your expectation.I hope that you could advise me on this. Thank you and have a nice day."

the reply:"Assalamulaikum,I think the objectives and expectations are clearly stated in the Industrial Internship Guideline. If you fail to find them, please let me know. A guideline is very important in order to maintain a standard"

she forwarded the email to my colleague and me, and adding a sentence, "hahahahahaa.. aku speechless.."

i asked her, "what does that mean?"

she answered, "ntah la bet. aku tau la guidelines nak tulis mcm mane tp nak tau die expect kite present mcm mane. ape yg die nak sume tu. malas dah nak reply.be prepared. he is not going to help you in getting A's"

my colleague added, "if that, dier x leh nak blame kita kalo materials x memenuhi aper dier expect....."

what is your decision?

was approached by one of my friends last weekend. he introduced to me the latest trend among students. business trend. something that look likes multi-level marketing.

the presentation was very tempting. you can gain lots of money in a month. lots of people benefits from this business type. big cash, latest cars, international vacations, and no work needed.

i asked for one week to think about it.

"easy come, easy go" vs big cash.

this will not be an easy thing to think about. and to make decision.
a week from now, my friend for sure will come to me and ask, "what is your decision?"

i'm just expressing my thoughts. don't mean to offend any parties or individual.

SW:ROTS

3 movies, 3 consecutive days, 3 different locations.
that's what "months-long absentee from cinemas" did to me.

the movies? Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.

i never fancied myself neither as a Star Wars cultist member, nor a Star Wars zealot. but i also have no reasons or excuses to be given should people ask me,"why watched it three times?" i guess i would answer that question by shrugging off my shoulders.

the best part to be among the earliest to watch the movie is that i was able to tease my friends by trying to give them spoilers.hehe. the fact that most people tend to watch ST:ROTS bcoz they wanted to know what inspired the young jedi to embrace the dark side of the force. so i seized the chance, and try to "kena-kan" my friends with possible spoilers. hehe

spoilers no.1 = "ko nak tau knapa anakin turned to the dark side?" (at this moment, my friends were starting to become irritated) "haaa...sure ko tak tau kan? biar aku bgtau ko" (my dear friends starting to act like they were not interested in this information) "anakin confirm join dark side, bile dia pakai topeng darth vader tuh..topeng tu kan kaler itam..itam=gelap=dark..kire time tuh official laa yg anakin dah join dark side"

spoilers no.2 = i've used this spoiler more than once, to different crowd of course. the best moment when i used this spoiler was when my friends and i were at the McD, in front of Midvalley's GSC.. "korang nak tau tak, ape ending SW:ROTS nih?" ( my voice was a bit louder than usual. my friends were trying to cover their ears, not wanting to hear the endings that i might blurted out. i sensed that people from other tables were watching me..hehe..) "alaa..dengar aa..i nk crite ending dia nih..last2 kan, Anakin skywalker jadi darth vader.." (my friends started to say,"duh~" and then did some verbal assault on me..hehe..it was fun seeing them covering their ears, shaking their heads, and trying to block my voice by singing something like "lalalalaalalala"..all bcoz they don't want to hear my version of how SW:ROTS ends..)

nevertheless, the movie is highly recommended by me. go and watch the movie. if not for the storylines, then go for the CGI. if not for the CGI, just go and join the crowd. else, just go and watch the movie for its OST. if not, just go for the sake of accompanying your gf/bf. hehe

"Jedi are selfless. They only care about others" Anakin, SW:ROTS

vocab of the day

RAIN CHECK

you say " rain check" when you are not sure you can make it, but you want to go, and its at the top of your priority list of that day..

thanx to Ms Zehan

driving along the coastal roads...

this is the spin-off series of TEKAD-TLE Rantau Abang Beach Cleanup Escapade

after we (Lan, Norma, Aizan n me) bid the other TEKAD-tles goodbyes, we decided that the trip is still not over, yet. There are lots of places to go, things that can be done..

we get inside the car, n Lan suggested we take a look at "Tanjung Jara Resort"..then, alang2 dah nak ke situ, let us gone to Kemaman! for a dose of SATAR, OTAK2 (pronounced otok-otok) and other local delicacies..along the road, somehow most of us were thinking about having a nice cold bowl of Ais Kacang..also known as ABC..

Tanjung Jara Resort
this is a 5-star resort, or 4 lebih kot..the facilities are wonderful, the tourists were *wahlau~~*
btw, the most expensive suite will cost you rm1,553 per nite...had this grand idea of spending my three months allowance there! *wink* hehehe i wish~

Kemaman
the food is very superbly-delicious! had plates of SATAR, OTAK2, IKAN CELUP TEPUNG, SOTONG CELUP TEPUNG, KEROPOK LEKOR, and one coconut for each of us :)

Kertih
had McD sundaes n ice-creams before stopping by the PETRONAS Petroleum Complexes, just to watch the fire or FLARES..again :)

the next day, we went to Gemia Island...
no words can describe how wonderful that place is..anyway, goinna do some roundup of our activities there:-
--> had peaceful dinner,lunch n breakfast
--> lepak2 kat verandah, sambil ditiup angin sepoi2 bahasa...then tido :p
--> snorkelling....it was FUN!!!
--> saw baby sharks and schools of fish..

highlights:-
our snorkelling guide has this water-proof casing for Canon camera..so, i borrowed his water-proof casing, bcoz would love to take loads of underwater pictures..but luck was not on my side..somehow, the water managed to get inside the casing, thus "merosakkan" my camera...therefore, i am unable to upload all the photos taken...not sure whether the CF card can still be used or no..*sob sob*

trip back (Terengganu-Subang Jaya)
started the journey back home time petang...masa stop by kat kemaman for prayers, discovered that Aizan's car-lamps are not functioning..had to use floodlight (the small lights) to light our way :p
had to resort to use high-beam lights from Kuantan to Temerloh..and had to endure the rest of the journey with low-lights..imagine the excitement, driving at Karak Highway, with only the safety lights as your main penanda/penunjuk jalan..hehe
it was as scary as exciting as it was!!

the aftermath:- my skin is burned :)

i guess u know who you are...

the white sands of the beach,
the heart warming sea breeze onto my face,
the sounds of waves, playing a beautiful orchestrated music,
the moon with little stars as companions for lonely nights

the experience of me walking along the beach, seeing beautiful white corals, and feeling the gush of sea breeze onto my face, reminds me of someone..

how i wish that she is here, instead of miles apart..

just want to say this to her, "if balik mesia, jgn plak lupa kite kat sini"

well, i guess u know who you are...

the sea breeze sent me to the past~

THE FINAL INSTALLMENT OF RANTAU ABANG BEACH CLEANUP

That morning, we went back to the beach to finish-up our work, then some of us continued cleaning up the rubbish while the others retreated back to their respective rooms to continue sleeping a.k.a getting some rest before journey back home
..for they had not enuff rest the nite before

the last disciples :- Lan, Norma, Aizan (these three were sentenced to kutip sampah that morning bcoz they came late, basically they missed the first round of beach cleanup), metesh (who had a good night sleep), oza n me..while zura n wong rested at the raft :)
we kutip2 sampah, then after finished rounding up all the sampah(s), oza n me jumped into the water..again..the waves were soo big..so afraid, that i decided to mandi-manda di gigi air sahaja hehe..
then, went back to D'Pengkalan, and rested for a while before makan tengahari :)

after lunch, we all checked out, and decided to go to Dato' Yusoff's place (remember the ex-ambassador i told earlier? he invited us to come and take a look at his resort) He runs this place called Duta Retreat..very nice architecture...yah, not forgetting..he is an Old Boy!! :)

then, it was time to go home..at least for Oza,Metesh,Wong,Zura,Anaz,Azam n Farih...Aizan,Norma,Lan n me, we were still in our holiday mood..took 2 days leave laaa...hehehe

we bid each other farewell, and it was the end of Rantau Abang Beach Cleanup Escapade...

happy teacher's day
:)

salute to all SRKKT, SMKSeaport, MCKK and UTP teachers, lecturers and tutors
may GOD bless all of you

beauties of East Coast~

this is the third installment of my trip to Terengganu

i shall continue from where i stopped..

after the BBQ, which a retired ambassador joined, (have no idea why he was there),for the record his name is Dato' Yusoff..reminded me of my supervisor..hehe..Anaz n Zura can't wait to start karaoke-ing..and sinc they were a bit shy since Dato' was still there, i was given the task of nyanyi mula2..asked the boys there to pasang "Ada Apa Denganmu" by PeterPan, and i officially started TEKAD-TLE karaoke session~

we sang, and we sang, and i sang, and i sang, and we sang, and i sang..lalalalalalaaa~

when Dato' Yusoff left, we continued our karaoke session..when i felt the time was rite, saya dengan slambanya mengambil mikrofon dari Zura dan membuat satu pengumuman..we are to celebrate Anaz n Azam punye birthdays!! well, basically their besdays wasn't on that day, but somewhere in May..but who cares? hehe...We really caught Azam n Anaz offguard hehe..celebrated with cakes, buih sabun, ice-creams and cikedis..hehe

lepas dah bosan nyanyi2, we all played Taboo..
highlights:-
->"this logo has many zeroes in it" ---olympic
->"syahid die" --- martyr
->wong with her style of playing taboo, and my style by fill in the blanks :)

way past midnight, 11 of us crossed the swamp with the raft to get to the beach..and we camped (basically tido bwh hut or berlangitkan bintang, with sleeping bag as our bed..not forgetting the sand :p )
some of us slept, some us not..i played Taboo with some of the survivors (Anaz, Zura, Farih, Azam).but when everybody was suddenly in quiet unison, i guess that's the signal to stop..i can't sleep that night..Farih was busy sms-ing her girlfriends..hehe..then we talked a bit, before suddenly Azam mencelah masuk..huhu
(yg tgh terbaring kat situ is Azam, I and Farih)
we were talking about relationships bile tetibe je Anaz came and lied between us..haha..cam tekejut je tetibe je dia datang huhu..
highlights:-
->"aku nyer relationships cam roller coaster..sumtimes up, sumtimes down, sometimes loop..sampai aku pun naik pening!"
->"relationship aku steady je.straight.." "uik? kata straight, tapi baru je tadi ko cakap kejap naik kejap turun..ade problem lah.."
->"wah..banyak nye bintang...uik? dah hilang dah?"
->"ko jgn plak kentut kat aku...hahahahhaha" (terkentut) "oops.." (yg ni kes haru..tgh gelak bleh terkentut)
->"permukaan bumi tidak rata"
it was sampai pukol 4 lebih, when Farih "syahid die" first..then azam n anaz was having their "adult" talk, decided not to disturb them, so tried to sleep...

the next day, woke up at 7am..anaz told us dat dia tak tido langsung..bnyk nyamuk gigit dia..hehe..
balik bilik, then gi breakfast :)

---to be continued---

places where turtles laid their eggs...

this is the 2nd part of the Rantau Abang Beach Cleanup Escapade..

woke up at 7am, then te-tido balik, before fully awaken by 8.45am..just nice for breakfast time :) everybody started to wake up, and by 9am, had breakfast..
btw, the place where we are staying, it was D'Pengkalan Resort..a budget hotel, but world-class quality service..
back to breakfast, Uncle Razali (the owner), menjamu kami dgn Nasi Dagang..can you believe it? makan nasi dagang di kala pagi hari.hehe..nasi dagang+sayur acar+ikan berkuah..
after breakfast, azam, metesh n i decided to ber-kayak..huhu..lama sey tak berkayak nih..nothing much to say about kayak, except that the view is breathtaking jugak laa..it was like the whole swamp belongs to you :p
meanwhile, oza n wong went to pasar, while zura n anaz took their time driving leisurely along the coastal road of Terengganu..

after kayak, we decided that we shud "scout" the area that we need to cleanup later on that evening..the sun was right above us..we went to the beach, and my GOD, the sand was hot!! luckily got a small shade (more like a small hut) lepak2 there with Metesh and Azam..and borak2 about PROMUDA thingy hehe..

highlights of the time:- me bermandi-manda di Rantau Abang for the 1st time! :p time tghari buta pulak tuh...the weather was very hot, yet when i bermain-main di dalam air, everything seems to be cold n just nice..

then Farih arrived, and we had our lunch..can't remember what is the menu, but it was very delicious!! hehe...
after lunch, everybody suddenly felt very tired..together with my newly-found friend (a John Grisham's book: Runaway Jury), i went to the raft next to the swamp, and read to myself a bedtime story..after approximately of 3 pages, dozed off...the pelampung became my bantal..it was very peaceful..

later that evening, everyone was so psyched up to start cleaning up the beach..
highlights :- anaz, zura, and wong wore clothes that really resembles immigrants or construction workers..hehe..full set of gloves, and the brownish hats..ala, yg biasa pekebun pakai tuh..hehehe

the beach was very dirty...there were several parts that have been cleaned up previously by other groups, but the rest...sampah merata-rata..there were bottles, lightsabers (lampu kalimantang), bottles, picagari, bottles, polystrenes..and have i mentioned bottles before?
since dah lama sgt tak buat keja2 camni, tetibe je sakit belakang huhu..buat malu kompeni je..
highlights:- "oza, aku rasa aku tau kenapa penyu dah tak landing kat sini dah...sebab kat sini banyak 'doktor'.." i uttered those words time tgh kutip sampah..jumpa bnyk "syringe"/picagari..
lepas abis kutip sesampah, as usual, i tros terjun masuk laut..*sigh* hehe..the nikmat of bermandi-manda

time maghrib, while waiting for the fire to mula di-pasang (we were having BBQ), went for a walk to the nearest petrol station with Metesh..

had BBQ...as usual, i just cannot resist the temptation of "membakar" ayam, ikan, sotong, burger dan hotdog..hehe..then Metesh asked me, "bet, how about BBQ-ing the salads?"...

How to BBQ-ing salads
1) wrap the salad ingredients in an aluminium foil
2) put it on fire for about half an hour
3)ready to serve
p/s: the BBQed salad was quite good :)

----end of second chapter----

Rantau Abang Beach Cleanup Escapade

it has been a while since i last post any entry here..
went to rantau abang last weekend, for a "Beach Cleanup Escapade" followed by unplanned trip to Gem Isles (Gemia Island).here's a bit roundup on what happened during the trip :)

Rantau Abang Beach Cleanup Escapade

the suspects: Oza, Wong, Metesh, Azam, AZura, Anaz, Farih, Aizan, Lan, Norma and me.
the mission: to reach Rantau Abang, and cleanup the beach :)

we all gerak from KL around 11.15pm on Friday..rite after Ilham English Project n supper session's at Mosin Lama..Two cars were involved in the first trip..City n Satria..the traffic for that nite was smooth, until we reached the Karak Highway..just before Genting Sempah's exit, there was a massive traffic jam. a 3 lane was reduced to 2 lanes, and since a lorry is rosak, the lane opened is basically satu lane je ..an hour to endure..luckily Zura's car is automatic transmission..pity Oza..her car is manual transmission..we managed to squeeze thru the traffic, and made a pit-stop kat Karak's petronas station..then we continue our journey till Temerloh..(azam was driving for the 1st part of the trip)

reached Temerloh, and i took over the steering. everybody was sleeping, except Azura. she faithfully teman me for the whole journey (dia x tido langsung spnjang perjalanan)..
highlights of the night trip:-
-- zura, anaz n me bercerita tentang zaman2 skola menengah and university's life
-- i drove all the way from Temerloh to Rantau Abang (1st time!)
-- we took pictures of FLARES kat Petronas Petroluem Complex
-- azam suddenly bangun dari tidor, n bgtau about his old school..(we were stopping in front of his old school that time)
-- zura n her funny stuffs..slowing down the radio's volume whenever we passed balai polis, sekolah, etc..talking about "cantiknye kilat tuh", just to make sure kiterang x ngantuk.
reached Rantau Abang around 5.30am..then terus jatuh~

or is it just me??

i've learnt something..

when i said something like, " i'll come n meet you there tomorrow, i'll try", to someone, they expect me to come no matter what happen..

when someone told me, "i'll meet you there tomorrow..other people can wait" , i am not suppose to really wait for that people to come. either they forget, or postpone to other time..which is perhaps in the next lifetime.

is there anyone out there learnt the same thing, or is it just me?

my phone story~ [part 2]

from previous entry...

after nearly 2-3 years of using nokia 5210 as my main handphone, i decided that it was time to change. together with Doi, we went to Ipoh Parade to begin our quest to find new handphones...after several stops at handphone dealers, in the end, Doi n I bought the same phone...

nokia 3200

my first camera-handphone. Mase mule2 beli dulu, very teruja when using the camera. Plus, this phone has built-in torchlight. Cool~

O2 XDA IIs

ABUYA received this PDA-phone from someone, as a gift to him..2 months later, the Bank gave him another PDA-phone (XDA II mini). Since ABUYA is not using this, i decided that it is my time to enter a new era. An era whereby I only carry PDA anywhere, wherever i go. Functionalities? pergghh..x yah cakap laa... visit http://myxda.com for more information

then something happened..ABUYA terjatuh dalam sungai (at Sarawak), and at that moment, his PDA was with him. Since the warranty does not cover any water damage, he needs to have his old PDA back. which currently is being fashioned by me.

so i had to get a new one. Since i have not use any flip style phone, decided that my next handphone is to be the flip style.

it is Samsung brand, what model?i can't recall...

my phone story~

as what i've said in my previous entry, i've change my handphone..bought a new one..to celebrate the changes to the new phone, i guess i'll just blog about my handphones :)

sagem

this model is my first ever handphone. ABUYA bought for me, prior to my entry to UTP. This hp is "best" because it has speaker mode and you can compose your own ring-tone by using musical notes. Stopped using it when it was broken, due to my habit of "selamba je jatuhkan handphone"

nokia 5210

nokia 5210. My second handphone. Bought it when the price range was around rm700-rm800. What makes it memorable is because this is the first handphone that i bought using my own money. kinda. (used the scholarship allowance to buy this). this is the phone that i loved most. thought that i will never change handphones anymore, but how wrong i was.

i am going to continue later. got work to do.hehe.later~
